ZYS系列壓縮機專用高效三相異步電動機是我公司專門考慮壓縮機的特殊工況而開發(fā)設(shè)計的電動機，中心高80~400mm，絕緣等級為F級，額定時溫升按B級考核，一般服務(wù)系數(shù)下的溫升按F級考核，服務(wù)系數(shù)SF=1.15和SF=1.2，采用特殊的軸承配置，確保軸承能長期正常工作，考慮電機的電纜直接和壓縮的電控箱連接，可以為客戶做加長引出線的配置，采用電纜護(hù)套管保護(hù)，兩段帶有管螺套，管螺套尺寸可見后面的接線盒部分，本系列電機具有高效、節(jié)能等優(yōu)點，性能穩(wěn)定，適用于壓縮機長期連續(xù)國內(nèi)工作。

ZYS series motor is special designed for compressor, frame size from 80 to 400, with insulation class F, temperature rise is class B, under certain service factor the temperature rise is class F, special bearing is used when the service is 1.15 and 1.2 to ensure the bearing can operate for a long time, we can also make longer leads consider the cable of the motorconnect with the electric cabinet of the compressor directly, cable sheath is used for protection, and on both ends fixed with pipe cable glands, the dimensions of the pipe cable gland is indicated at the section of the teminal box. It featured high efficiency, energy sabing, reliable performance, and it is suitable gor continuous operation for the compressor.
